Summer Sundays

Enjoy more market when you #visitportobello on Sundays from 13 June to 22 August. We’re hosting 11 summer street markets between Elgin Crescent & Cambridge Gardens.

Kensington & Chelsea Council Lead Member for Economy, Employment and Innovation, Cllr Catherine Faulks said,

“As Covid-19 restrictions ease, we are working hard to support high streets across the borough in their recovery. For example on the Portobello Road, there will be a series of special Sunday street markets from 13 June to 22 August. The new Sunday markets will offer residents and visitors a chance to enjoy the fun and relaxed atmosphere of this world-famous destination and enjoy some unique shopping opportunities. For Londoners there has never been a better time to experience the neighbourhood’s eclectic character with new independent businesses complementing the much-loved established ones such as Rough Trade, Ceramica Blue and The Cloth Shop. And to refresh and revive there are so many amazing cafes and restaurants catering to all cuisines and pockets. Make the Portobello Road must visit destination this summer to support our local businesses and to have a great day out!”
